During construction we go above and beyond the industry standard by scheduling four walk-through inspections and a post closing orientation and final walk-through with Christine and our customers to ensure that no item is overlooked. Details are important to us because we know that details are important to you. We offer a one year limited builder warranty. This warranty was designed and produced by the Atlanta Home Builders Association to provide a comprehensive and easy understand approach to customer service after closing. Additionally, we affirm our commitment to customer service by our membership in the Certified Professional Home Builder program. The membership in this program is limited to an elite group on home builders in the State of Georgia.
